COVIN 911 REPLICA, Rare narrow bodied car, tax exempt and correctly registered!

A very rare chance to own this completed kit car, built to a high standard by the previous owner who's detailed work is well documented on the Covin owners web site.
This is the only narrow bodied Covin known to the club, and to be honest, the car looks so genuine, its easily mistaken for the real thing.
Ive done some mods in the front, to house a genuine Porsche spare wheel with compressor, petrol tank modded to suit.
Sporting many genuine 911 items, and sitting on a set of genuine alloys with new tires.
Beautiful electric sports seats in half leather, matching rear seats.
Expensive carpets throughout.
The Covin kit was originally designed to be built on a VW chassis, but this has the more desirable Covin chassis, much more rigid.
All the mechanical are also from the VW, although the front brakes have been upgraded to BMW disc's, all hoses are Goodrich stainless steel
I have recently replaced the engine with a reconditioned 1600 unit, very detailed, and through a complex stainless exhaust system, the engine has a decent growl, hardly recognizable as a humble Beetle unit.
Ive owned three of these kits, one Ford powered, one Porsche, and this VW powered one, and can honestly say that the car feels just right with the VW engine, probably due to the ideal weight distribution.
The car is also rare in the fact its tax exempt, and even more importantly, is correctly registered as a Covin on the V5 document.
This is so important.100% legal!
Im looking to sell for personal reasons i don't wish to discuss,and have a few jobs left to do, many of which i will complete in the next few weeks/months as im still working on it.
Everything works, except a few simple things, one being the Porsche tachometer that should be powered by a 6 cylinder, but instead is only getting a feed from a 4 pot beetle engine!Im looking to fit a modified 924 tacho, and this will be completed soon
The car starts and sound s beautiful, considering its a humble Beetle engine.
Search as much as you wish, you wont find another narrow bodied Covin that is correctly registered and tax exempt that is built to this standard, by all means try!!

The car was built originally about 20 years ago, and was last on the road in 2009.

The car is beautifull, but its still a VW Beetle! so dont expect it to handle and perform like a 911, its all about the looks, not the performance!
Very well catered for by the Covin owners club, insurance at under £100 on limited mileage, very cheap to maintain, tax exempt, you can't ask for more.
