1980 Carlton Carrera convertible kit car, unfinished project.

This is a one-off, very unique car made by Carlton- Carrera 1980 - I have owned this kit car since 1982. I helped Carlton build this convertible and it’s a very rare model with a convertible top and a hard top.
5-speed gearbox - For anyone that knows the 5-speed gearbox, the plastic holder on the fork needs replacing.
It is fitted with a 1991 3.5-CC V8 engine with hotwire injection - currently a non-runner.
It is gassed - meaning it runs on both petrol and gas.

It has previously been taxed and on the road, however, it is currently SORN and parked on the drive. Transport will have to be arranged to pick up the kit car - a low transporter will be required.
The vehicle has to be given up unfortunately due to ill health. I have completed lots of work on this car and it has been very loved since I bought it.
