Birkin for sale. Caterham lotus 7 style car

I imported this kit in 2010 and over 2 years built this lovely car. The car was registered as a new car in 2012, having used £30,000 of new parts. The car has a 2ltr Ford Duratec engine with ATPower throttle bodies all controlled by a Specialist Components ECU and electronic controls. The engine produces 185 bhp in a car weighing just over 500kg which gives a 0 - 60 time of about 4.5 seconds. It has a Ford T9 5 speed gearbox, a Sierra differential, AVO shocks and Team Dynamics Motorsport wheels, and was set up by a lotus 7 specialist prior to it's IVA test. The paint job was carried out by the Inchcape BMW body shop in Norwich and cost £2,500. The car has full weather gear, wind wings, a full/split tonneau cover and has a spare wheel carrier and wheel. The car is fitted wit Luke full harness seat belts but also comes with a set of lap and diagonals. Special features are Wilwood four pot front brakes, adjustable pedal box, aerodynamic section suspension, rose jointed steering and roll bars, electrically heated front windscreen, interior heater, bucket seats with headrests, a full set of VDO instruments, fibre glass boot liner, foot well mats and a personalised registration number that matches the car.
